Circuit classes are rapidly becoming one of the most effective methods of weight loss and muscle definition. We run 2 specifically designed circuit lessons a week and ensure you get a full body workout in every session, combining both cardio vascular fitness and strength training. These classes are ideal for both men and women as you can work to your own intensity during the period of time given, working one area of your body for one station and working something completely different the next! On average, you burn around 600 calories during each hour circuit session, that’s the equivalent of a 5 mile run! We utilize all equipment at the gym including the static weight machines, so no circuit is ever the same and you will never know what’s coming!
