Here at Spartans Gym we offer 2 circuit classes a week aimed for people over the age of 50. Using our gym equipment, these classes are specifically designed to work in a way that suits you. In addition to aiding weight loss, our classes will help improve balance and co-ordination, prevent or delay disease and manage stress. These are our most popular circuit session as well as being one of the most social and fun! If you haven’t already been sold by our ‘over fifties session’, you also get a free tea or coffee and biscuits once your workout is over!
