Without doubt our fasted growing class within the gym. Headed by ex-professional boxer Chris Long, these lessons provide an insight into the sport that can be utilised by both novice and advanced boxers. Each session provides an element of fitness, conditioning, technique and sparring scenarios, all of which are vital in moulding you into a great boxer. We do regularly take part in boxing shows which means if you wish to do so; the option for you to take part in a competitive boxing bout in the ring in front of a crowd is not out of reach! We have individual lessons specifically designed for juniors, teenagers and adults, regardless of current fitness or ability. No need to get fit before you join the classes, you work to your own pace and the class itself will build your fitness at such a rate you will surprise yourself.
